Frank Lott has more than 25 years of experience building restaurants and he is one of few people in the country that has opened more than $100 million of projects.
Starting his career as a licensed electrician, Frank found himself immersed in the fast track schedule of a restaurant project and he never looked back.
Over the years, Frank eventually became Director of Construction for one of the largest restaurant builders on the East Coast followed by Director of Facilities for a multi concept restaurant owner and his experience was as accomplished as any in the industry.
Frank stepped out on his own to form Lott Restaurant Construction in 2013 giving clients the opportunity to employ experience seldom found in a boutique-sized construction company.
He has completed complex and wide ranging projects such as a ground floor restaurant along the waterfront in Chicago’s iconic Marina City Towers, a Maggiano’s on the first floor of a 12 story Philadelphia parking garage(which was also under construction), and a Sake Café in Louisiana. Frank has also dozens of fit-out in end caps or in-line space or free standing build outs for almost all of the national brand names.
