Philly Restaurant Rooster Soup Company

We are proud to have been part of the building of the Rooster Soup Company, which is a for profit restaurant the donates 100% of its profits to a non-profit that helps the homeless and poor of Philadelphia.

The company began as a Kickstarter project that earned$150,000 to start the project off. Partners in the restaurant include Federal Donuts and Broad Street Hospitality Collaborative.

The restaurant is a first come basis, but does take reservations for groups of 6 or more. They also have a small meeting room that can accommodate up to 25 people.

The menu looks delicious.

Check out their reviews on Yelp.  Apparently the Matzaball soup is to die for.
